South West Glasgow Stress Centre

The South West Stress Centre operates a stress relief and stress management service for adults suffering from the negative affects of stress in their lives from one of its 3 venues in Govan, Pollok and Penilee.

You can access the South West Stress Centre service, if you are resident within the post code areas of G52, G52 & G53 or you are a patient of a GP in the South West Community Health and Care Partnership area.

We welcome SELF REFERRALS and referrals from GPs and other Health Practitioners such as Health Visitors, Community Mental Health Teams, Families and Children’s services, Community Addictions Teams, Men’s Health and  local voluntary projects such as carers centres, integration networks and community mental health networks and initiatives.
