Keep Well Service
The Keep Well Service is a new preventative health
care project aimed at supporting people living within
the North Glasgow area who have or are at risk of
developing chronic conditions such as diabetes,
heart or lung disease. Research has shown that
stress has a significant effect in the onset and
progression of chronic conditions.
We offer therapeutic
support, via stress relief/stress management, to
help people reduce their stress levels and work
towards achieving a healthier lifestyle.
